CANCELLATION POLICY
We kindly ask that cancellation requests be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled session time. Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to the session will be considered forfeit, and no refunds will be issued. Appointments that begin late due to the client's tardiness will not be extended, and no refunds will be provided.
REFUNDS POLICY
A full refund will be issued to any individual who cancels their booking/session at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled appointment. Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled session are treated as forfeit and no refunds will be granted.
